The Beat Childhood Cancer Board of Directors acts in a fiduciary role by maintaining oversight of Beat Childhood Cancer Cancer Foundation finances. Board members evaluate financial policies, approve annual budgets, and review periodic financial reports to ensure the foundation has the necessary resources to carry out its mission and remains accountable to its donors and the general public.

Beat Nb Cancer Foundation Inc is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization with the Internal Revenue Service. Our EIN is 27-2314549. For years 2016 going forward, our annual audits are prepared by Smith, Sullivan & Brown, PC out of Westborough, MA. Audited financials are available upon request.
